FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

You will be hiring class A CDL truck drivers (18 wheelers) directly to work with a well-known fortune 500 company.

WHAT IS THE PAY?

Pay ranges from $300 – $600 per driver hired. From ownership all the way down to recruiting, we are all paid on commissions only.

HOW WILL I GET PAID?

We pay through PayPal weekly on all invoiced drivers. We pay through PayPal because it is free and instant for you. We pay out too much money per week to be able to pay through Venmo or CashApp as they have sending limits. We do not do ACH bank transfers as it takes 2-3 days and takes a percentage of your commission. PayPal accounts are free. They can be linked to your personal bank account, and you can transfer your money instantly to your bank.

IS THIS JOB LEGIT?

Every team at this company is operated by a team leader who will send you a W9 to fill out after your first driver is scheduled. We do this so we’re not holding on to your sensitive information if you feel this job isn’t right for you in the beginning. All team leaders have registered LLC’s and EIN’s with their State Business Office and the IRS to ensure we are operating legally. You must fill out the W9 with your legal name, DBA, LLC, etc.. and provide a copy of your drivers license to verify your identity to work here.

WHAT WILL I MAKE PER DRIVER HIRED?

Your Pay Scale is on your team’s Google Sheets. Please refer to the pay range your team leader sent you until you have access to Google Sheets. Pay ranges from $300 – $600 depending on the bonus program set in place that month.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A DRIVER IS HIRED?

Go to Google Sheets and click on the “Showed” tab.

WHAT DO THE PAY STATUSES MEAN?

Showed – Driver has shown up to orientation to take their road test.

Hired – Driver is officially hired and picked up their first load in their new truck.

Invoiced – We have invoiced now that the driver is in the truck and working.

Paid – Check your PayPal. It’s Payday!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A DRIVER SCHEDULED?

10-days tops once they are marked that they’ve “shown” to orientation at the job-site.

DO I HAVE TO FIND MY OWN LEADS?

Never. Your team leader pays for and posts job ads every week to ensure you never have to fight to find a driver. But you are allowed to post your job ads.

WHAT IS PROVIDED TO ME?

Leads, constant updates, company email (after 2-weeks of employment), company chat, weekly training sessions, and one-on-one training sessions as needed.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TO PARTNER WITH YOU?

Never. Unlike other 3rd party driver recruiting companies, we will never charge you a dime to work with us.

WHAT HOURS AM I REQUIRED TO WORK?

You can set your own hours. Our carriers are open from 8am – 6pm Central Time. So you’ll need to aim to set your schedule between those hours. In this industry, and with any commission based job, input equals output. So if you want to see a huge pay day each week, crank up your call volume. The more drivers you talk to, the more drivers you’ll get scheduled. The more drivers you get scheduled, the more drivers that you’ll get hired. The more drivers you hire, the more money you’re going to make.

HOW MANY LEADS PER DAY SHOULD I BE CALLING?

It’s best practice to aim towards 150 phone calls per day. Half of those drivers won’t answer, but those “no answers” turn into calls back if you leave a voicemail or shoot a text.

CAN WE TEXT OR EMAIL DRIVERS?

Yes! You can use Google Voice on your desktop or laptop and text directly from your computer or you can send out as many emails as you want to get drivers interested in calling you back.

MY FRIEND/RELATIVE WANTS TO WORK HERE. HOW DO THEY APPLY?

Have them email your team leader, or send them this page. It’s that easy.
